At the heart of the geographic center is the Centro Recreativo Doņa Litha,a waterpark with 'palapas', cell phone signal, goats, mesquite trees screaming with 'chicharras', and 20+ altars carved into a cliff for 'Santisima Muerte'.
Directions: Cross the Reynosa/Hidalgo International bridge. Turn right and continue until you reach Carreterra 2. Take Carreterra 2 to Nuevo Laredo approximately 8.5 miles to Doņa Litha. Upon arriving, you will see a 3 story polar bear.
